Riding and camping Northern California and beyond, since 1965!
Come on down and see your Board in action!
This term the Board is meeting at 10 AM on the first Saturday of each month at MotoGuild SF. So whether you've got some club business, want to thank the Board for all their hard work for the Club, or just want to spectate; stop on by and join the Board! And maybe after take advantage of the great MotoGuild facility and wrench a little on your bike...
It's October again so break out your lederhosen, grab your stein, and get ready for some fun! This year's Oktoberfest General Meeting and campout is back at Liberty Glen campground. Located in the arid hills above the lovely Lake Sonoma, this campground feels remote but is ideally situated to the Bay Area and is only accessible by great motorcycle roads. So bring your appetite for fun Sonoma County riding as well as a great German influenced dinner and cold drink, you're not going to want to miss this one...
For this Oktoberfest the Board of Directors and some members are cooking and putting on the spread for the Membership.
Dinner for members is free! But in order to be confirmed for the dinner, you must register by end of day, Friday, October 19th.
Non members, add $15 to the camping fee for dinner.
November’s member meeting will be at Fremont Peak State Park! Details to follow but the club is looking at combining this ride with a cleanup at our highway cleanup section. Stay tuned!
It's time again for the Member Holiday Party and this year we are back at Skates on the Bay! And in continuing with the emphasis on the benefits of membership, the Club is covering more than half the cost of the Member's meal. And if the Member brings a non-member guest, the Club pays for a portion of the guest's meal. Members pay $30 and non-Member guests pay $50. We are still ironing out the menu but the entree choices will be meat, fish, or vegetarian. Also this is a no host bar so don't forget your wallet.
Lastly, we will be enjoying our infamous White Elephant gift exchange. Bring something in the $20 price-range to participate, the more quirky or outlandish the better!
Registration closes December 1st.
Thanks and see you there!
You know the drill, it's the annual Club Death Valley Campout! Get here any way you want - ride your own own adventure or ride the Cross Border Rally. Just get here for a great club outing.
This month we are in for a real treat! Russ Drake's daughter has offered her property in La Grange to the Club for the April campout. Details to follow soon but expect some grilling on this one.
