It's Octoberfest at Bothe-Napa Valley State Park ( south of Calistoga on Rt 128).

Join us for some German food and beverages:
Brats, Frankfurters, Sauerkraut, Potato Salad, German Chocolate Cake, and of course, Beer. Frau Freisland will be doing the cooking, cost should be between $5-10
— lederhosen optional —

The tour will leave from Fred’s coffee shop at 9:00 a.m. Fred’s is located at 1917 Ridgeway, Sausalito, CA 94965. Stop by early for some breakfast before the ride. We will probably head up the coast and over through Skaggs Point and round about to the campsite. Exact route will depend on the weather conditions, and the enthusiasm of the particular group that shows up.

Note the earlier meeting time due to shorter amounts of daylight. We  didn’t reserve for Friday night, but if you would like to camp Friday as well please contact me.

As always, new riders and non-club members are very welcome to join us on our tours and meetings. You can e-mail Warren at tourcaptain@bmwnorcal.org with any questions.

We will start the ride with a brief meeting to go over the route and general safety rules. I will distribute written directions to all of the riders. Please be on time and have a full tank of gas.  Everyone is encouraged to ride within their limits on our club tours. This month the pace will be relaxed due to the closer destination. Racing fans and wheelie kings will be encouraged to ride ahead of the group to absorb radar from the CHP.
