Oktoberfest Member Meeting-Codorniz Recreation Area Campground Eastman Lake

It's October again so break out your lederhosen, grab your stein, and get ready for some fun! This year's Oktoberfest General Meeting and campout is at Codorniz Recreation Area Group Campground SOUT loop located on the shore of Eastman Lake in Raymond East of Merced.  With a capacity for 160 we’ll have plenty of space! The facilities have a covered pavilion and huge bbq for our dinner.  It's free for members and  $25 for non members which includes camping and dinner.  

Breakfast is at Toby's Restaurant in San Jose at 1820 Alum Rock Ave.  We will ride over Mt Hamiton across the valley and take the back road into the Campsite. Lunch is in Planada if you want but save space for a big German meal. The route is 180 miles and should take about 5 hours not counting stops.   

Show up with a full tank of gas and be ready to roll at 9 AM.   Familiarize yourself with the route and have a route sheet or load a route into your navigation device of choice.  

In order to be confirmed for the dinner, you must register by end of day, Friday, October 22th.
